Return and Refund Policy

At Vogue Valmont, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition  
• Have all original tags and packaging intact  
• Be returned within the specified return timeframe  
• Be approved by our team before being shipped back  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability. If you need an exchange, please contact us at voguevalmont@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless defective)  
• Customized or made-to-order products  
• Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery  
• Size-related returns where the correct size was delivered (please refer to our size chart before ordering)

7. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.  
• For all other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
